Always before home any type of massage we realised some movements to unblock the joints and to warm up the muscles of the feet.
So that the following passes are effective, it tries to maintain a smooth and deep pressure. You can add more benefits applying an essential oil with relaxing properties as lavender.
1. Friction and torsion of the plant.
2. Friction with the thumb.
3. Breaking with the fist.
4. Traction of fingers.
5. Movements you will articulate with torsion.
In this video I teach the previous movements to you to a massage and to assume the best position of hands so that they are to you easier to realise.
Advice to fortify and to recover the vitality of the plantar arcs of your feet
